Bringing self-cultivation techniques such as Asana, breathwork and meditation into the workplace is more needed than ever. Yoga is a great tool to reduce stress, soothe the nervous system and promote and strengthen the overall health and wellbeing of your employees. Corporate Yoga provides an opportunity to step away from work for a moment, activating the parasympathetic nervous system for a clear and focused mind at work. We can be fully in charge of our life only if we can acknowledge the reality of our body. My Corporate Yoga classes are available in person and online.
